Terms & Conditions We strive to provide our customers with excellent products at economical prices. Due to the custom nature of our products we must adhere to our terms and conditions as outlined on this page. We will gladly exchange or refund any carpet due to defects in workmanship or materials.

GUARANTEE

We guarantee that carpets will fit the vehicle they're ordered for an will be free of manufacturing or other material defects. We don't guarantee exact color matching. Carpets may or may not have precut holes for gear shifts, seats, or other modifications to floor.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE Most orders will ship within 48 hours unless raw materials are not available. Please allow 10 days production and shipping time for delivery. Please note that cut and sewn carpets take 5-7 days to manufacture.

RETURN POLICIES

Please inspect each carpet set prior to installation. Carpet sets cannot be returned after having been altered in any manner. If it is cut it is non-returnable. Due to the great many models and colors available carpets should be considered custom and non returnable. All returns must be approved by AutoCarpets.com. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Approved returns not covered by our guarantee are subject to a 30% restocking fee and all shipping charges.

ORDERS REPLACED BY AUTO CARPETS.COM Any carpets replaced by AutoCarpet.Com will be shipped via UPS ground. If an alternate shipping services is requested, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred

REFUSED SHIPMENTS The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a restocking fee for any and all refused orders.

DAMAGES It is the responsibility of the customer to file a claim with the carrier for any damage incurred during shipping.
